The St.Louis Symphony, principal oboist, Jelena Dirks and violinist Asako Kuboki, are doing something really interesting this Saturday night Jan 31. They are playing the Bach Oboe/Violin Concerto in D MINOR not the usual C MINOR. (I may have heard it done this way many years ago, but its certainly not done very often.) This program will NOT be archived you must listen this Saturday. Oboist Phil Ross will play the JC Bach Sinfonia Concertante.
