The Stacia from 2010 or 2011 would not even recognize the Stacia that I am today. I am so thankful for my family who has patiently supported me and my personal evolution that I have been chasing. I am so lucky to have such an amazing support system at home that gave me the courage to make such a huge change and become who I am today. I am also so incredibly thankful for the beautiful life that Drew and I have built together, I could not imagine a happier way to wake up every morning and go to sleep every night. It took a lot of work and A LOT of patience to make our life plan into the amazing reality that we live today. Drew, you are everything I have ever dreamed about and so much more. This year also represented an unprecedented challenge in my life as I had to watch my best friend Kathryn fight for her life and win the battle for her health. Though I never doubted your strength and your determination, you were able to break through barriers that no one should ever have to. I live you so much, Tweedle and I am thankful every day for your friendship. Last but definitely not least, I am also thankful for all the wonderful people who have accepted me into their lives and hearts over the last year. I am shocked by the depth of friendship I have been able to build in the last 12 months and I wouldnt trade it for the world. Thank you for giving me such a loving role in your lives. Alyssa Kate and Tucker Labare (and Gordie!) get an extra special shoutout because I would be lost without you. You guys have treated me like family from day 1 and my life in Boston wouldnt be nearly as loud, fun-filled, or amusing without you in it. I love you all very much and I wish everyone the happiest of all Thanksgivings this year. ❤️
