The State Advisory Panel for Special Education (SAP) advises the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) Divisions for Special Education Services and Supports on the provision of special education and related services for students with disabilities. The SAP is comprised of parents, persons with disabilities, educators and administrators as well as representatives from public and private agencies. The SAP continuously seeks public comment regarding the services rendered to students in Georgias public schools. We want to hear from you! Please take a moment to respond to the questions below in order to provide public comment. In accordance with SAP procedures you must provide your name and submit your comments in writing by 4:00 PM and at least 3 business days in advance of the meeting. Public comment is open for the next SAP meeting until 4pm on November 10th. Written input must include the name, address, email address and county of residence of the person submitting comment.
