The State of New Jersey has issued a mandatory, emergency travel ban for the entire state beginning at 11 p.m. This travel ban excludes emergency & public safety personnel as well as utility companies & others assisting in storm preparedness & recovery and other private critical operations. This travel ban will be subject to reevaluation at daybreak depending on conditions.
