The Storm by Gentlewolf As she looks out over the waves she listens to the waves crash against the rocks watchs the sea gulls dive and soar she longs for him she knows he is out there somewhere on the sea She feels the bitter chill on the wind as she looks up and sees a storm blowing in,, she hears a wailing on the wind and she knows its coming once again as it did before She hears the harbor bells ringing she sees the waves gets bigger and bigger as the salty wind blows in her face tears roll down her face as she knows he is out there doing what he loves to do she drops to her knees and prays please bring my love back to me please bring my love back to me She looks out across the sea sees the lighting crashing her heart skips a beat with ever crash of thunder as the cold November rain starts to fall all around her and runs down her face she aches for her love thats out there on the sea the sometimes cold heartless sea she knows,, deep in her soul,,she knows the storm is coming and with ever storm,, it takes its toll and demands it cost to be paid she hears the bells ring again and she drops to her knees as tears roll down her cheeks,, Just then a hand reachs out to her cheek and wipes away the tears and she hears on the wind a womans voice,, saying today i bring home your love,, today your love is safe as she looks up and sees his face as the storm rages,,, their sacred love is safe for one more day for one more day
