The Suba people have for a long time taken the advantage of their minority and grabbed all the opportunities in Homabay County, they took almost all major appointments during the grand coalition government, lets consider the following 1. Otieno Kajwang was the only minister from homabay county in the grand coalition govt and he is from suba 2. Millie Mabona was the only nominated MP from Nyanza and she is from Suba 3. Silas Chepkeres Jakakimba was the P.A of the prime minister and he also comes from suba 4. Caroli Omondi was the secretary in the office of the prime minister, a powerfull post equivalent to that of Muthaura on the other side of nusu mkate and he also hails from suba 5. Raphael Kasuku was appointed by the prime minister as the director in charge of infrastructre and lappsset project en be oja suba 6. When Ojode Sirkal, the only assistant minister from homabay died, his replacement was Mbadi, who was appointed by the prime minister and he is from suba and nobody complained In the light of all this, i want to bring to your attention that Suba and Mbita constituency do not even make a quater of the votes of homabay county and there is no reason why this small bantu community should always take advantage of the majority Luo people. When Ojode died, his replacement came from Suba, now we demand that the replacement of Otieno Kajwang to come from the dorminant Luo community or else in the 2017 general elections we as the majority will vote our sons and daughters in all the posts of governor, senator, women rep and even deputy govenor. we are the majority and we dont need an MoU to survive in homabay
