Do we have to wait until the Mercury rises to start another space race with Russia to the Goldilockss Zone? Another Space Race can drive the economy but the education system needs to change with the times. Theoretically, a college degree can extinguish the law of more but in reality its Mission Impossible because of skyrocketing tuition, budget cuts, ect. I believe Germanys Colleges are now tuition free so it will interesting to see if the lower class floreshes.
