For beginners and experienced teams, this series of classes, four 3-hour classes over 8 weeks, offers a unique progressive immersion into the fun and exciting sport of World Cynosport Rally Limited. With an emphasis on the hows AND whys of training, Peg will offer expert coaching, work through your training questions, and include tips on how to set up a great training session. Class size limited to 6 teams. With two weeks between classes, there is time to make considerable progress on your training goals and tweak your performance. Rally Success classes include honing your foundation skills through motivational engagement and marker training, focusing on training the exercises while building muscle memory, as well as pulling it all together for successful ring performance. Scoring guidelines will also be covered.
