The Sunday Service, September 08 2013, EECMY Minister: Abu Gabreyes Title: Never return till you meet the Lord Mr. Abu took his bible reference from the gospel of Mark 2:1-12 about the paralytic man how Jesus healed him perfectly. He said that the people who brought the paralytic man tore down the roof of the house in which Jesus was preaching and they laid him down at his feet. Jesus upon seeing their faith declared him free from his affliction. Mr. Abu said that our faith counts. Faith takes God at His word. Many people turn from God when they face difficult situation. Faith enables us to see light in the midst of darkness. God examines our level of faith before He gives us what we ask for. No one is hopeless whose hope is in the Lord. The paralytic man met Jesus Christ, the great physician the world has ever known and got his healing. Mr. Abu exhorts all congregants to stay true to God no matter what they are going through and never to turn back from God! Emmanuel! ( God is with us! Matt 1:23)
