The Supreme court of South Sudan is the only body mandated by the constitution to interprets and presides over the matters relating to constitution violation and circumvention of the law. however the recent verdict by the Court to ruled against Pagam Amum petition outrageous many South Sudanese. From day one majority of South Sudanese developed interests and theyve been following this case keenly, however when the case commence some people noticed the partiality of judges and decided to conclude the out come of the ruling before the judges verdict, since Judges are appointees of the country leadership conflict of interest is involved. surely even a lay man knows that, our courts are tasked with such cases. If judges are washing off their hands from such cases. where are we headed as a country?
