The Syrian regime air fighters bombed the city of Atareb in rural Aleppo yesterday. the meg-jet targeted the city market! 26 were killed, all civilians with their names documented. it is well known that the city, which was among the first to revolt against the Assad regime, has recently kicked out the ISIS (Al Qaeda) radical fighters from the city. the regime forces have barely bombed other few cities that still dominated by ISIS, the way they bombed Atareb or Aleppo or other cities that kicked out ISIS fighters! what this tells us dear friends around the world who are obsessed with the radical Jihadees narrative in Syria, and who only see in it a clash between the regime and Al Qaeda affiliated groups? im only giving one example here. im talking about figures and facts from the ground. so if you truly care to know about Syria, it is about time to think beyond terms like: Terrorism, Jihadees, Proxy War, Regime vs Al Qaeda....etc, a good start to do so is by less reading for esteemed journalists in the West who dont speak a single word of Arabic! figures and facts are there ...trust me It is only that complicated when you are lazy to learn more.
