The TCA varsity swim team competed in the New Year’s Classic at CFB Natatorium on January 10. Congratulations to the boys team as they placed second overall, and the girls team placed fourth. Leading the way for TCA were first place finishers Brett Fair and Jeremiah Kim. Jeremiah Kim won both the 200 IM and 100 Breaststroke, and Brett Fair won the 50 Freestyle. Tate Arhelger finished second in the 100 Breaststroke and third in the 200 IM. Other swimmers placing in the top eight were Tatyana Au Chu, Alexandra Mills, Gordon Montgomery, Logan Riddick, Paige Test and Andrew Willison. The boys 200 Medley Relay team comprised of Tate Arhelger, Brett Fair, Jeremiah Kim and Andrew Willison placed first. The boys 200 Free Relay team comprised of Tate Arhelger, Brett Fair, Jeremiah Kim and Logan Riddick placed first. Way to go, TCA Swimmers!
