The Tale of a Joint Bank Account! Married people, lets talk------is it one household, one account or is it two individuals, two bank accounts? How is this done these days? I ask because yesterday I was at the bank, minding my own business neh. And this lady was talking to the consultant next to me, crying actually.... asking her to cancel her about to be ex-husbands cards that are linked to her account. He dumped her over December, moved out but he still continues to spend her money through the bank cards. We are not together anymore, please stop the cards and de-link him from my account. I need to pay the bills but he is spending all the money, she said as she was crying. Ok, personally, I think the bank should have listened to her story privately, this is sensitive.
