The Televised debate must be between the leaders of the two parliaments, PM Cameron say’s he is confident that the people of Scotland will vote No in 2014 Why then can he not put his case to support his cause before the people in live debate. FM Salmond is confident the people of Scotland will vote YES in 2014, He is willing to put his case to the people he believes WILL vote YES. As both leaders believe passionately they are right, then it becomes a must that the two meet in live debate, on Television. Mr. A Darling say’s a meeting would fuel anti Tory feeling. He seems to forget that Tory feeling has been so low in Scotland, since the era of Mrs. Thatcher, indeed they only have (1) yes one MP in Scotland, so his reason for this not to happen is simply avoidance of the issue, he then says the PM will not have a vote here. He wont have a vote here however his Government are the people who are bringing in the attacks on the poorest in our society with all the new benefit cuts and the “Bedroom Tax” Therefore he should have the courage to defend his policies, not slink away and leave it to An ex Labour Chancellor to argue for him. The Scottish people now must realise how far labour have strayed from its working class roots, to lending support to their once bitterest opponents, PM Cameron could explain why his pet project High Speed Trains costing £50+Billions Will only run to 3 major cities in England, however by his own parties admission will benefit at least 3 more large cities by several Billion Pounds. Giving England an excellent Rail infrastructure to match their excellent Road infrastructure. As Scotland contributes a very large revenue package from our taxes and our exports and The £ 40 +Billion from oil taxes annually, why these facilities cannot be shared across the Border into Scotland. These are just some of the many other questions he could perhaps answer or explain, Alistair Darling could not David Cameron must.
