The Ten Commandments 1- if I post an update, its either off my phone or scheduled 2- this does not mean I will sit and reply to 50+ inbox messages and photo comments if an update has been posted at a certain time. 3- yes, the products here are produced out of hobby and my clients are dear to me. Theyre my lifeline and they make my work every bit worth it. 4- I do not appreciate being disrespected, haggled with or harrassed. 5- Respond back time is 24-48 hours 6- Need information quicker? READ through... whimsical-firefly has all answers packed under the info tab. 7- I cant fulfill urgent requests. I just cant. I have family commitments and a current day job. 8- If I dont reply to you, it does not mean I am partying on a yacht, vacationing in the Bahamas or even lazing in my pjs. Im still working. Either on designs, production, meetings, development, or logistics. 9- I have an assistant, who is a great kid and goes to school. She has exams. She helps pack up orders and assists where possible. The page and all emails however are administered by me. 10- I love my job, and what I do. I just request a little bit of cooperation from everyone that drops by here. It is next to impossible for one being to respond to 100 queries every day, and that too, within minutes they are received. Please do not leave me voice mail in the form of wall posts saying you emailed me. I know you did, I received it. Gmail notifies me. So does the FB Page Manager on my phone. I just require adequate time to reply in peace and not one liners. Thats not my style. :) For you, it is 1 message and 1 request. For a person behind the screen, thats several hundred 1 messages and 1 requests. MashaAllah. Im not trying to offend anyone. Just putting it all out straight up before Im pushed to disable the FB msg option. :P Please bear with me.
