The Tennessee Transgender Political Committee welcomes the release of "A Broken Bargain for Transgender Workers." The report was officially announced by Mara Keisling this weekend at Southern Comfort. It was co-authored by the Movement Assessment Project, National Center for Transgender Equality, Center for American Progress and Human Rights Campaign, and in partnership with The Task Force, Service Employees International Union, Freedom to Work, and Out & Equal. It outlines the challenges transgender people continue to face in the workplace.
