The Theory : This is my theory. This web page will be accessible to everyone free of charge. You can go here and get the latest information posted by individuals just like you in your area and all areas all across the USA. From the home page you can go to your state and from your state you can go to your city and see what your neighbors have reported. Who knows you may very well be the person that can help them recover their loss. We see things every day that happen all around us. But we dont always know that is something wrong. The local police departments or news stations are not going to broadcast anything about your lawnmower being stolen from your shed. But your neighbor across town may have seen someone he knows with a mower that fit the description you posted of yours. It is a way for people to help each other recover that which is theirs and help our local law enforcement departments. I can go on and on describing how this website can be helpful, but i believe you get the idea. Now to keep the website free of trash post and advertising to keep it working this is what Im thinking. Like I said in the beginning the website is open for everyone to view free. To post an item lost or stolen you must purchase a membership.To comment on a post or have access to a posters contact information you will be required to purchase a membership. Which I am sure the poster will gladly refund to retrieve their property. Now... I dont see any reason to try and rob people that are already trying to recover a loss. And I think the fee should be for a year long membership as well. I would like to see one amount that is reasonable for a one year membership to the website that everyone would be comfortable with. I would like to hear or read rather your thoughts on this please.
