The Theory of Everything was a beautiful film depicting the reality of love. It broke my heart in many ways, but also affirmed the reality of God. I saw such inspiration in a willingness to overcome hardship, and such dedication for valuing and saving the sanctity of life. I also saw the small incremental breakdown of a marriage. While the marriage was not built on a mutual belief system, it appeared stronger than most. Though instead of relying on each other to pull through the circumstance, they drifted apart and grew closer to others. In sickness and in health, till death do us part - Vows must not be taken lightly, and are not needed when life is easy. They must be a promised covenant through the rough storms of life. It all goes back to the golden rule of love your neighbor as yourself. Love your spouse the way you would want to be loved.
