The Tobago Jazz Festival may almost be over but the controversy continues as the event’s organizers are demanding that Bunji Garlin, Fay Ann Lyons and their band give back the $110,000 that was paid to them by the Tobago House of Assembly. John Arnold, a representative of the Jazz Festival Committee, told reporters that if the fees are not returned, the THA would be looking at ways to retrieve the money legally, and this may include court action.
