The Town of Orangeville has been selected as the location for an upcoming television commercial, creating another opportunity to build recognition of our great community. Sons and Daughters Film Production Co. will be filming a Dewars Whiskey television commercial on Monday October 27 on Broadway, within the area of First St and Second Street. They will be on-site for approximately 2 to 3 hours, commencing at 9 a.m. in an effort to minimize traffic congestion. Rolling closures with short delays of no more than 3 minutes will be managed by Paid Duty Officers from Orangeville Police Services, with all costs being covered by the production company. Public access to driveways and local businesses will be maintained. Opportunities such as this help boost our community, create economic benefits and provide a fun way to showcase Orangeville.
