The Travel Architect arrives at Shanti Maurice – Mauritius I spent the last night of my recent fam trip with The Azure Collection at the 5 star Shanti Maurice Hotel – A Nira Resort in the south of Mauritius. Shanti means peace and its certainly the case here ! It’s a very peaceful, quiet place to chill out and have a holiday. The resort is spread out over 36 acres of tropical gardens and you can easily wander around without meeting anyone else. The hotel opened in 2006 with 61 suites which are split into 2 areas – 17 villas and 44 suites. The suites are oceanfront which are on the upper level and beachfront which have direct access to the beach and the addition of an outside shower. All suites are 81 sq mtrs so very large. The villas are 1 and 2 bedroomed and have their own swimming pools,sala and extensive outside areas. ift.tt/1uQKGbe
