The Treehouse Hourly Child Care: Full Time Program Position: Director - full time Salary: $40,000 *Must have Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or BA in a related field including 9 credits in ECE, or any Bachelors degree including at least 24 credits in ECE* *Must have experience working in a licensed child care setting* Qualities: High energy, great people skills, motivated, creative, dedicated, takes initiative Duties include, but are not limited to: o Develop, implement, and monitor academic programs and curriculum o Monitor students and teachers for progress o Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff o Keep track of employee trainings o Perform annual and semi-annual employee evaluations o Maintain rapport with parents o Establish performance goals and objectives o Interview, train, and evaluate teachers o Performs employee orientation and ensures proper new employee paperwork is filed o Ensure adherence to OCFS regulations are maintained o Maintain safe and appropriate environment for children o Plan activities and opportunities that will keep parents and families involved o Planning meals to be served at the center o Demonstrates computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) as well as the ability to quickly learn various applications and software that apply to a child care setting POC: Mandy James 315-405-4740 Application can be found at thetreehousehourlychildcare Email application and resume to: mandy@thetreehousehourlychildcare
