Using New York as an example, keep in mind that there is only One Grand Jury in each state with sixty-two locations and 248 Administrators (4 for each county) we can sit on each others county juries when it is strategic or needed to do so. And the more knowledgeable people can lead the group. It is extremely important that everyone understand we are not electing jurors, jurist both grand and trial, are chosen randomly from a pool.
