The True Test of Authenticity... According to a recent survey, Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock and Denzel Washington are the three most trusted people in America today... and now they are also symbols of an America that is in obvious decline. I dont know what is worse, large numbers of Americans picking actors and actresses as their most trusted Americans or that Americas elected officials dont show up on the list of Most Trusted Americans... until most people have lost interest in continuing to look at the list. Has America lost its way? You bet it has... To gain political power... Americas elected officials use focus groups and polls to determine their positions and words. And the speeches they give... are written by speechwriters. In every sense, our political leaders have become professional liars... and no more trustworthy than the actors and actresses that read the lines that are given to them in the movies or on TV. They all do it... and not a single person who gets their job that way, can actually do their jobs once they get it. So what to do? We even the score by providing Better Words to Authentic Leaders so that they may compete with the professional liars and replace them one by one... election by election across the land. In part and overtime, thats what the connected facebook pages found in the likes box on this page will help to achieve. Yes, it is true that by giving lines to anyone even if they are better lines creates the same problem... BUT... if we can all finally agree on the nature of the problem, that todays political system rewards Liars, Thieves and Backstabbers... then we can begin to separate the authentic leaders... from those who are not. How? Force ALL of them to take the True Test of Authenticity and answer this single question... What have you done to make America a better place to live? In the end, thats the ONLY question that really matters, because Authentic Leaders know... The True Test of Authenticity is NOT in the words... its in the work.
