The Truth Is Bigger THAN The Decptions Of satan....... Revelation 22:14 reads doing his commandments are all about FAITH in Jesus......1 John 3:23-24: And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us........... going back to Revelation 12:17 and 14:12, we see that the weight of the entire New Testament is against interpreting commandments of God as the Ten Commandments. As we have already seen, Johns understanding of the commandments for Christians are that we are to believe on Jesus as our Savior and to love one another...............!..Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates.WHO..The ones who believe in a Savior...HOW!!..by keeping His commandment.....What we read of in Revelation 22:14 is a reversal of this barring for a certain group of people. To these people, God is granting a right to or authority to have access to the Tree of Life. The word right here is from the Greek word exousia. Exousia is found 103 times in the Bible and is variously translated power(s), authority(ies), right, jurisdiction, liberty, and strength. These same people have authority to enter the New Jerusalem. Who are these people?.......Born again Spirits...of CHRIST ROMANS 8.9.
