The Truth about True and False Prophets. ATTENTION BRIDE! 1/15/15 Tonight the Spirit expressly wants to talk about-The Truth about True and False Prophets. If some self-proclaimed prophet suddenly arose and began drawing big crowds with stirring messages, healing the sick, raising the dead, bringing fire from heaven, and revealing knowledge of your personal secrets-would you believe in him or her? Should you believe? Your ultimate destiny is directly tied to your ability in Spirit to properly discern and distinguish... between True and False Prophets. So its very important to know what the Bible really says about this subject! The Bible does teach that there will be true and false prophets in the last days of earth. In Acts 2:17 we read And it shall come to pass in the last days, says Yahveh, that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh (the good & the bad), and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. Joel 2:28-32. Yes, both good and bad, men and women will prophesy in the last days. How long halt ye between two opinions? Yahveh or Baal, pick one... The Truth about True and False Prophets-Part 2... Yahshua at His ascension placed the gift of Prophets in His True Church, along with (4) other gifts, Apostles, Evangelists, Pastors/Teachers in the book of Ephesians 4:7-11 we see this. Why did Yahveh place these gifts in His Church? Ephesians 4:12-For the equipping of the Saints (Elect) for the work of the Ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Yahshua. Yahshua gave all four gifts for the perfecting of... the Elect Saints. The perfecting of Yahs end-time Church is not possible if any of these 4 gifts is missing. However the working of great miracles is not proof that the Prophet is of Yahveh. The devil and his demons also have the power to work miracles. Miracles only prove Supernatural power. But such power comes both from Yahveh and Satan (Deut 13:1-5, Rev 13:13,14). The Truth about True and False Prophets-Part 3... From what source do true prophets obtain their information? Prophecy never came by the will of man, but Holy men of Yahveh Spoke as moved by the Kodesh Holy Spirit 2 Peter 1:21. True Prophets do not express their own private opinions in Spiritual matters. Our thoughts come only from Yahshua, through the Kodesh Holy Spirit. Yahveh only speaks to His prophets in three ways. What are these ways? If there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord Yahveh, make Myself known to him in a vision, I speak to him in a dream, I speak with him face to face Numbers 12:6,8. So see here Yahveh speaks through visions, dreams, or face to face. What are the physical evidences of a true prophet in visions? 1. Will lose physical strength (Dan 10:8). 2. Will later receive strength (Dan 10:18,19). 3. No breath in the body (Dan 10:17). 4. Able to speak (Dan 10:16). 5. Eyes will be open (Num 24:4). 6. Wont be aware of earthly surroundings (Dan 10:5-8; and 2 Cor 12:2-4). True or False Prophets-Part 4... How to determine whether a prophet is true or false? To the law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them. Isaiah 8:20. Prophets must be tested by Scripture. Test their teachings and conduct by the Word of Yah, if they teach contrary to Scripture, they are false prophets and there is no light in them. The types of false prophets specifically named and condemned in the Bible. Here is a list. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 and Revelation 21:8 speak against the following types of false prophets... 1. Psychics and diviners who claim to be guided by spirits of the dead are not led by Yahveh. 2. Charmer-one who casts spells or uses charms. 3. Astrologer. 4. Sorcerer-one who claims to contact spirits of the dead. 5. Consulter with familiar spirits-Medium or channeler. 6. User of divination-Fortune teller. 7. Enchanter-same as charmer. 8. Necromancer-Another name for sorcerer. 9. Witch-Female Psychic. 10. Wizard-Male Psychic. True and False Prophets-Part 5... Crystal balls, leaf or rune deciphering, astrology, talking with dead spirits, and using of Tarot cards or mind reading are not Yahvehs ways of communicating with His people or Elect. The Scriptures plainly teach that all who become involved with such things are an abomination (Deuteronomy 18:12). And worse, those who continue involvement will be shut out of Yahvehs Kingdom. (Galatians 5:19-21, Revelation 21:8 and Revelation... 22:14,15). Remember? The supposed spirits of the dead are Fallen evil angels and devils. See the book of Revelation 16:13,14. NOTICE-the use of Numbers is not used here. The use of Numbers is used through-out the Bible. Numbers is the 4th book found in the Bible. It is properly called Biblical Numerics.
