RUSSEL’S TAHOE - DAY Russel and Jack cruise down the freeway toward the heart of Los Angeles. A police blockade keeps traffic from taking the Harbor. Several Highway Patrolmen stand guard on the pavement as Russel pulls up. Flashes his badge. Who’s he? HIGHWAY PATROL RUSSEL My brother. Also a cop. Jack shows his badge too. Good enough for government work. The CHP let’s them pass. EXT. RUNWAY - DAY General Earhart stands alone in the rising heat. Uniform on. Holding some sort of remote control device. Looking up into the sky. Up the tarmac comes a van. No windows. Out of the van comes a SILENT SOLDIER. Slides open the side door. Cedric inside. Shields his eyes from the bright sunlight.
