The U.N.S.C. retreated from the now, Blooded canyon. Since the Covenant had been defeated between Humanity and Flood, they had long since set up across the continent, glassing the continent. Loyal and Gold were accounted for, and all Spartan teams had reported in, whole or not. Across meadows of once beautiful shining light, now to dust and ashes. Through forests once ancient and memorable, now charred and passed away. The planet burnt in twilit hours, a foreshadowing Reach filled the seemingly empty void between themselves and Red-base fallback position. whereas Covenant Kings, and heirs, and prophets to their jesters outlined revenge for fallen friends and foe against the Flood. And although weak, they were not yet out of this war... No one was. Alright, so its a brief sum-up of whats happened...tell me if you want me to change it... ~S-067
