The U.S. has led almost all coalition airstrikes in Syria and from what I have observed; it will shock you. 1) U.S. airstrikes have strategically assisted Syrian Arab Army forces in Deir Ezzor, Al-Hasakah, Aleppo, and east Hama. For the first time since the armed conflict, the SAA is on the offensive in Deir Ezzor and Al-Hasakah. The SAA is capitalizing on the airstrikes against ISIS by attacking the IF in west Aleppo. In east Hama, the SAA had obstructed ISIS outside of Salamiyyeh. 2. All U.S. targets are usually within 50 km of SAA forces. Tabqa Airbase will be retaken if these strikes continue. 3. The U.S. Military Intelligence has 100% cooperated with the Syrian Military Intelligence via a 3rd party. 4. The U.S. cannot fight the SAA while assisting the Iraqi Army. In truth, the latter is fighting the same enemy as the former. Moreover, Iraqs security is contingent on Syrias border security (i.e. Al-Anbar and Deir Ezzor Provinces). 5. The U.S. is training 5,000 rebels in one year to fight ISIS; this is hilarious because by then the SAA will have complete control over major areas in Aleppo and Damascus.
