The UBUNTU philosophy is to decentralise government and allow people to govern them selves in their own communities - creating their own specific set of laws and guidelines for unity and abundance - allowing us to deal rapidly with all our problems and find immediate solutions for all our needs and to make decisions for the best and highest good of the whole community on a daily basis.
