The UC Irvine Police Department would like to notify all students, faculty and staff of the availability of statistics for reported occurrences of criminal activity both on and off campus and at the medical center. UCIs Annual Security (police.uci.edu/awareness/jca.html) and Fire Safety (ehs.uci.edu/programs/fire/UCI_HEOA_Report.pdf) reports are available online beginning October 1st. Hard copies will be provided upon request by calling (949) 824-1885 or visiting the Police Department at 100 Public Services Building. This notification is distributed annually in accordance with the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and Higher Education Opportunity Act. We encourage the community to partner with the UC Irvine Police Department to prevent or report crime by calling (949) 824-5223.
