The UGSS is aware of the recent robbery perpetrated on yet another student of the University this evening. The incident, we are told, occurred as she was walking on UG road to catch a bus on the main highway as the buses that usually shuttle students onto campus do not work late into the nights. The UGSS is shocked and hurt as the attack comes even as the student body in collaboration with the Registrar, Mr Alexander, has drafted an agreement with the Minibus Union to have buses ply the route in the evenings. Additionally, at todays meeting of the UGSS, our Vice President Joshua Griffith revealed plans to have buses take students all the way up the East Bank as well as the East Coast. These acts of cowardice by the nuisances among us demonstrate the urgency with which action must be taken by the Society along with its partners.
