The US State Department is advising American athletes competing in the Olympic games in Sochi, Russia to not wear any item of clothing which signifies that they are an American athlete. U.S. Olympians are highly competitive, dedicated athletes who hold an extremely strong sense of patriotism. Every athlete attending the games should. However, we are the United States of America. Since when has the fear of, or risk of danger stopped us from flying our colors with pride?!?! I dont doubt for a split second that the American Olympians will wear the red, white and blue. THESE COLORS DONT RUN.
