The US war plan right now for Syria includes providing arms and equipment to some of the Syrian rebels so that they can fight ISIS on the ground. Is such a plan even realistic? We armed militants in Afghanistan and they turned into Al Qaeda. We armed some of them in Syria and they turned into ISIS/ISIL. Now we are going to arm more radical militants and hope that this time it all works out! Even conservative Glenn Beck, who I rarely agree with, is alarmed by this. In this video, he shows a commander of some of the rebel troops we will be arming cutting the heart and liver out of a Syrian government soldier and eating them.
