The Uganda District Council Speakers Association (UDICOSA) will hold its 15th Annual General Meeting on 14th October 2013 in Mbarara District. The guest of honor will be the Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, the Speaker of Parliament and patron for the Association. Key on the agenda will be election of new office bearers onto the Executive Committee.
