The Uganda Human Rights commission has started investigating the conduct of three police officers accused of torturing former employee of Mukwano Industry. Ssuuna Kassim was allegedly tortured by the police officers when he attempted to access the premises to claim for compensation of injuries he sustained while on duty. While addressing the media today, Uganda Human Rights commission chairman Madi Kagwa condemned the incident calling it one of the worst forms of abuse by police officers. Kagwa noted that they will invoke the anti torture act to ensure that Suuna receives justice and culprits are punished.#luckiepatrick
