The Ulster Police Department reports the arrest of Boiceville woman on July 7, 2013 at approximately 4:40pm for Confinement of companion animal in a vehicle. Arrested was: Ayla Rodriguez, 23yoa of Brunel Drive, Boiceville NY 12412. Rodriguez was arrested following a complaint in the parking lot of Wal-Mart of two dogs locked in a vehicle without proper ventilation due to the extreme temperature. As a result of the investigation, Rodriguez was charged under the Agriculture and Markets Law with, Confinement of companion animals in a vehicle. Rodriguez was processed and later released pending her return to Ulster Town Court on the 14th day of August, 2013 at 2pm to answer the charge.
