The Ultimate guide to gaining LEAN muscle PART 5 Ok work out routine, This one is balls deep and there is an exact science behind it which I am not going to explain here, but if anyone wants to ask in the comments I will gladly talk about it, Its just too much shite to put in with. Ok main principal we are aiming for with muscle the workout routine is keep the body guessing, dont let it adapt and get complacent, you want to maximize gainz each week yeah? We are going to change the work out every week and let it roate every 3 weeks. The first week we are going to concentrate on Raw Power The second week is high rep range And the 3rd week TRAUMA Before I list the actual 3 week cycle workout I will say a little bit about each week and what it does, if you dont care and you trust me that it works just skip ahead to part 6 for the actual program. Week 1 is POWER training, this is meant to completely annihilate your fast twitch muscle fibers, increase raw strength, and stimulate a greater amount of natural testosterone. Week 2 is High Repetition training, the goal of which is tear through all the intermediary muscle fibers, Im honestly not experienced enough to understand the rest of the science behind it so I cant go any more into this one. I just know it hits a different muscle fiber compared to week1. Week 3 is TRAUMA training, this will be a true test of your ability to withstand unbelievable muscle pain! The burn and lactic acid that this trauma workout will produce can help flood your system with natural growth hormone, literally drowning your cells/muscle in one of the most powerful muscle producing, fat incinerating hormones known out there ( that roid heads take lol ) So like I said there is an exact science behind this that top athletes swear by, Ive read all the shit and it makes perfect sense, and I follow this myself so I can confirm it works. Ive just never done it on a bulk as Im a crazy bastard who is obsessed with been shredded all year around. continued....
