The Unfolded Life Part 2 May those who rejoice at my troubles be humiliated and disgraced. May those who triumph over me be covered with shame and dishonor. But give great joy to those who came to my defense. Let them continually say, “Great is the LORD, who delights in blessing his servant with peace!” (Psalm 35:26-27 NLT) My parents are two of the most wonderful people I have ever met. During a recent visit, I noticed my mother folding tissue for the several tissue boxes within the home. It never dawned on me that while I simply pulled tissue from a decorative box; my mother had made a significant investment toward my “tissue user” good. I wonder how many other investments have been made for our good (by God) that go unnoticed each day…as life unfolds; we have the opportunity to learn.
