The Union of Kenya Civil Servants is FREE to fight for 12,500 Govt. employees who failed to turn up for the Biometric registration exercise nationwide. The Union must petition in a court of law THAT the Devolution & Planning Ministry has no basis in striking out the absentees names from the Govt. payroll. (The dummy workers figure of 12,500 believed to comprise of either: a.) dead b.) retired c.) resigned or d.) sacked employees in the Kenya Govt payroll was low. The 12,500 only absent staff members was/was not serious as earlier thought!)
