The United States of Part of North America has issued a request for extradition from Venezuela of Edward Snowden, under the terms of an extradition treaty dating from 1922! It is probably time to consign that outdated document from the colonial past to the nearest shredder. If and when the USPNA is prepared to treat with Venezuela as an equal, sovereign state then a new extradition treaty might be considered, allowing of course the extradition to Venezuela of the White House and State Department conspirators behind the failed 2002 coup attempt against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
