The University of Hawaii - West Oahu Campus Services department is monitoring Hurricane Iselle and Tropical Storm Julio. Hurricane Iselle is expected to reach Oahu sometime early Friday morning. Tropical Storm Julio is expected to follow 2-3 days later. With both storms, there is a threat of flash flooding, storm force winds and coastal inundation which could lead to damage of utilities (power & water) and communications (wired & cell).
