To supervise appropriate work performance of the Study Nurses (Registered Nurse and Staff Nurse) Data Manager and quality assurance team. The Program Manager will also be responsible for proper and timely shipping of biological samples. Minimum requirements: • Masters degree in Health or Biomedical Science and a certificate in Information Technology and qualifications in web design and management; • 5 years practical experience in South African Health related field of which 3 years should be in a managerial position; • Demonstrable computer literacy with advance knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite. Advantage: • Previous research experience and publications would be an advantage; • Training in good clinical practice and research ethics training; • Experience in developing and managing web based databases.
