The University of Reading offers the Santander Academic Achievement Scholarship which offers £5,000.00 as a one-off payment to MA and PhD students who are able to demonstrate academic excellence. Eligible candidates will have passports from Brazil, Mexico or Colombia, and must hold an offer from the University of Reading. Closing date for applications is 30 May 2014 Who can apply Applying students who are current passport holders of Mexico, Brazil or Colombia as appropriate, hold an offer from the University of Reading for October 2014 entry and are liable to pay overseas tuition fee rates. Available to students of all Masters and PhD subjects as appropriate. In order to be considered for this Scholarship you MUST demonstrate academic excellence that should be reflected in a high Grade Point Average (GPA) score and the supporting statement with evidence attached. What is it worth This Scholarship provides £5,000 and will be paid, as a single, one-off payment, directly into the recipient bank account in their first year only.
