The Unsinkable Titanic…………………………. This is message for our world today and can easily be compare to the Titanic as it is on its way to disaster. And just like the Titanic on its way to the bottom of the ocean, the world is saying that it too is UNSINKABLE. But just as unfortunately it was for those partying on board the ship that night, disaster lay in waiting. Just as the Titanic had left the dock that day, and had gone too far to turn back, so they thought. Despite the fact the iceberg warnings were given out, and just like the huge liners of today that take miles and miles of space to turn around so they pushed onwards, soon the icebergs were is too close. But they first wouldn’t believe that icebergs were that far south and on their path, secondly this new ship was made of steel, its hull was inches thick, and it was declared unsinkable, the designer was even heard to say “Not even God can sink this ship”. I find it amazing to believe that ICE can cut through steel, God made material compared to manmade material. Reminds me of that game we play with our hands, scissors- paper- rock, but when God plays it paper can cut rocks. The builders of the Titanic even stated before it left the docks “Even God could not sink this ship”, doesn’t that sound familiar, I can almost hear those same words ringing through the world today. The builder’s belief in the Titanic’s unsinkability, even showed in that they didn’t provide enough life boats, they weren’t necessary after all this ship is unsinkable, But it did sink and went down in waters that were too cold for those who had to jump overboard. They died in minutes after hitting the water, died of hypothermia, and drowned in the freezing waters. Those that did survive the Titanic disaster survived because safety regulations demanded that life boats were supplied when building the ship, if the designers got their own way, no life boats would have been there, but those boats were like the Bible, like YHVH’s word and those that get into the word and trusted in it will be saved. This world today is all too much like the Titanic, it is on its way to disaster, and the icebergs are too close………….survival is dependent on those life boats, the word of our YHVH, and it is time to get your family and start towards them, start your survival drill now, don’t wait til when the ice begins to rip through the steel hull it may then be too late. Our life boat is the Yahushua, He is our saviour, remember that song we used to sing many years ago “The righteous run into the name of the Lord” The name of the Lord Is a strong and mighty tower. The name of the Lord Is a refuge for my soul. The name of the Lord Is a pillar I can lean on. The righteous run into The name of the Lord. The righteous run into The name of the Lord. Pro 18:10 The Name of Yahovah is a strong tower; The righteous run into it and are safe. Turn the Titanic around……………….. Turning the actual Titanic would have been the only real logical thing to do, but that is easy to say for us now in hindsight. If the Captain ordered the vessel to turn away or go back all those lives would have been saved, but the closer the Titanic got to the iceberg the harder it became to turn such a large vessel, until it was impossible to manoeuvre the ship. The world we live in today isn’t much different to that very example, the closer we get to the disaster that lays ahead for us turning becomes harder and harder. Let me put this very plainly, saying it as it is, whether you and I are heading for the last days of the scriptures, or tomorrow Yahovah calls in our days, by age, an accident or a dreaded disease, the one thing that is sure we will face Him to give an account of our lives, Judgment to some degree is a certainty for us all. Therefor the logical thing to do is for us to turn the vessel “we” travel in around, in other words turn our Titanic around. But as we also travel in the world (the Titanic) turning the big ship around isn’t in just one of us, or a few, it would take a mass revival. Therefor we must get our life boats (YHVH’s Word) in order and our drill down to instinct. As the passengers of the Titanic had no control over the destiny of the ship they were traveling in, we too have little control over the world we live in, I don’t believe we can’t change the world but have we let it go too far. The world we live in today is all geared up to run under the leadership of self, no room for God, and to cry out that danger lay ahead, “Turn around” repent, only returns a protest and the pride of man replying “we are unsinkable”, But we must cry out, if we love our neighbor. Because we will soon have to man our life boats as we can see the icebergs that lay ahead.
