Dr Pramod Kumar Mishra, Addl. Principal Secretary to PM was Chair, Dr. Anup Kumar Pujari, IAS, Secretary Union Ministry of Mines was Chief Guest & good Speakers were Sri Animesh Nandan Sahay, CMD MCL, Sri G Srinibash, Secretary Mines, Govt. of Odisha & Dr. Manoj Panda, Economist spoke nicely in the subject matter. Though the subject matter of electricity plays a crucial role in the field of utilisation of mineral resources which CMD MCL lighted a bit but the real issues of the Sector could not be attained properly in the discussion needs kind attention & necessary actions.
