The Unwritten Contract Society Expects You To Sign; 1. Be average! 2. Dont be better than me in anything! 3. School, Varsity and work for the next 35 years. 4. Do not follow your passions! 5. Have a kid in your mid 20s and forget about following your dreams. 6. Get married to the person because thats the logical thing to do. 7. Judge anyone that doesnt have the same mentality as you. 8. The only way to become a millionaire is to finally pay off that house. 9. My varsity is better than yours. 10. Going to varsity is a guarantee of success. 11. You cant sit with us! 12. I deserve to have more money than you. Come on!!! I can carry on all day but this is so stupid! People are such HATERS. Why cant we just accept that you didnt sign up for a life that means youre automatically the perfect average. Im writing this because some idiot out there, that I dont even know, decided to tear my dream down on social media. Dont get me wrong, I dont care about the trash talk but I do care about the heart behind it. What we are communicating to each other is dont be great. If we were all accountants and one decides to leave the industry to do his own thing, why must the rest HATE? Just because we all wore the same uniform in school doesnt mean our destinies are the same. Societies are built on mass control and a few people in those crowds rebel. Dont get me wrong this is not about a job or money. This is about people hating on progressive thinking. People take pride in how well they can conform and criticise you for refusing to conform any further. We used to frown upon the home schooled kids but looking back, they have a greater chance of making it in todays society. Heres a simple and clear message to all the haters. Go Find Yourself! You better hope and pray that the things that define your identity are intrinsic. Youve already demonstrated to us how youre against progressive thinking but I certainly hope that you wake up soon. This world is real! Im sure my fellow progressive thinkers will understand what all this is about. A new generation is coming out of SA!
