The Utah Falconz coaches and athletes strive to live up to our motto of truth and honor. In recent sports news, such as with Incognito of the Miami Dolphins and Grambling State, we would like to let our public know our standards of excellence. -The Falconz believe that player safety is of the highest importance. We will insure all gear and equipment is safe and safety tested to standards. Many of our athletes have had prior experience where the concussion count was one of the highest out of the 70+ womens football teams in the nation. We will take every precaution to prevent and limit the injuries as best as we can and can guarantee we will ensure our athletes will get adequate medical attention if such injuries do occur. We also will not stand for bullying of any type or in any situation. Period. -The Falconz coaches are known for the winning playbook they designed. The Falconz do not believe in sharing or distributing our plays or playbook with other teams. Today there are very few plays designed by any current participant in football. The key to success is being able to teach the techniques required and the knowledge in knowing when to call any specific play. -The Falconz have chosen the independent path this season as we have found that it has given us more autonomy to play more competitive teams that are within a reasonable and safe driving distance, all to ensure a competitive, fun and safe inaugural season. We currently have a set season of 9 games (5 home and 4 away). These games will be released when we have set all of our dates. We will provide an exciting season and are well on our way with our 55+ roster, our amazing sponsors and the ever growing support! All photographs, updates and information about the Falconz program is current depicting actual, CURRENT participants involved as staff, coaches and athletes. As has been the Falconz custom since our inception, the Falconz financial books are available for review by any Falconz sponsor, staff or athlete in the program.
