The Utes Lucky Radley was among the people that 22-year-old murderer Elliot Rodger named as an enemy in his 141-page manifesto, apparently because he was immediately popular with the pretty girls. The running back spoke to the Tribune by phone, describing his time growing up living down the street from Rodger, and about Rodgers his alarming silence.
