The Veganator Challenge... Heres some more details on my game plan for what I think will be my best body transformation yet. I am dividing up my day into 7 meals and placing them in 7 different containers. The meals are about the size of my fist and eaten every 2 to 3 hours with the idea of keeping me full all day long. The meals are all low fat, high nutrition and here is an example of what 1 day might look like: Meal 1: Raw Vegan Trail Mix (Nuts, seeds, raisins, etc) Meal 2: Raw Vegan Pancakes (see recipe) Meal 3: Fresh Fruit Bowl (Strawberries, Bananas, Raspberries) Meal 4: Jackfruit Carnitas Tacos (Lettuce instead of Tortilla) Meal 5: Steamed Veggies (Asparagus, Broccoli, Sugar Snap) Meal 6: 6 lentil and Kidney Bean Soup (for Protein) Meal 7: Leafy Green Salad (final meal) I will use one day to cook massive amounts of all these foods so that during the week I can just refill my containers daily and not stress over the food. Also, going to bed early and waking up early is key (minimum 7 hours sleep) as well as not eating too late. Hope this helps!
